2008 ICT Achievers

VITTA is committed to building community awareness of the important role ICT plays in today's constantly evolving world. The ICT Achievers Program inspires young people to see ICT as the key to fulfilling their career aspirations, rewards excellence and creates short term goals for success for those students approaching their senior secondary years.

3in6 video competition 3in6 Video Competition

3in6 is a video competition for teams of school students. They are told two secrets and must include them in a video that they make - one will be an object or idea, and the other will be words that must be spoken.

VITTA Fellowship The VITTA Fellowship

The purpose of this award is to assist a VITTA member in embarking on a project or undertaking that will be of value to the Information Technology Teaching and Learning community. The successful applicant will be awarded a $2,500 fellowship and a plaque commemorating the achievement.

Programming Awards Programming Excellence Awards

The 2006 Department of Education & Training and Microsoft Australia Programming Excellence Award is designed to foster good programming skills and to promote a programming culture in Victorian schools by encouraging schools and teachers to develop expertise in VB.NET.

VITTA award for outstanding achievement Outstanding Achievement

This award gives VITTA the opportunity to acknowledge a member for their outstanding achievement in the Information Technology Teaching and Learning community. The recipient receives a $1,000 award and a framed Certificate of Achievement.
