This CD-ROM has been listed under Suitable Resources in the New IT Study Design for 2007-2010.

The VCE IT study design has an increased emphasis on the fundamentals of networking across all streams of VCE Information Technology and now requires more in depth understanding.

This new knowledge has created a demand to set guidelines for IT, IT Applications and Software Development, with a clear differentiation between the knowledge needed in each unit.

VITTA has developed a teaching and learning kit CD on Networking that is interactive and includes modules for student usage as well as teacher notes, guidelines and explanations. The CD includes a range of learning activities to engage students and provide the knowledge that is required at each level of VCE Information Technology.

This CD has been produced with advice from experts in the field, and will be of benefit to all VCE IT providers.
